ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Head of PR to lead all global public relations, media, and communications for Gumball 3000. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in talent management, VIP events, and luxury brand storytelling, with the ability to elevate the Gumball brand to new audiences worldwide. This role requires a confident, strategic communicator with a strong global contact base across media, entertainment, and influencer networks — someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments and can manage relationships with talent, media, and brand partners at the highest level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PR Strategy & Brand Growth Develop and execute a comprehensive global PR strategy that enhances Gumball’s position as a leading luxury lifestyle and entertainment brand. Identify opportunities to introduce Gumball 3000 to new markets, audiences, and media platforms worldwide. Oversee all external communications, media relations, and brand storytelling. Talent & Influencer Relations Leverage an existing talent and influencer network to drive visibility and engagement. Manage high-profile talent participation for Gumball events, launches, and collaborations. Cultivate long-term relationships with celebrity representatives, agents, and PR teams. Event PR & Red Carpet Management Lead press and talent management for Gumball events, rallies, and red-carpet occasions. Coordinate media attendance, interviews, and coverage for VIP events and partner activations. Ensure global media exposure aligns with brand values and delivers measurable impact. Media & Partnership Development Manage relationships with global media outlets, journalists, and digital platforms. Drive PR value for brand partnerships, sponsors, and collaborations with major accounts. Secure high-profile press placements and features across luxury, lifestyle, automotive, and entertainment publications. Team Leadership Oversee and develop the in-house PR and media team, enhancing collaboration with the marketing department. Mentor and motivate team members to deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns. Set and monitor PR goals and KPIs in alignment with overall brand objectives. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in senior PR or communications roles within luxury, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors. Strong background in talent management, VIP events, and red-carpet execution. Established global network of media, talent, and brand contacts. Experience working with major accounts and delivering high-value PR results. Strategic thinker with creative flair and excellent communication skills. Confident working with C-suite executives, celebrities, and partners. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
