Bare Hall Quality Carers are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and caring individual to join our friendly, caring and supportive team.
Exciting new flat scheme that opened in June 2023. Make a difference in people's lives, whilst learning new skills.
We are looking for people with a minimum of 1 year care experience who want to make a difference in someone's life. We provide all our new starters with a full induction and ongoing refresher training. We aim to develop our staff and provide opportunities to become experts in their fields. We offer a career, not just a job!
Bare Hall Quality Carers provide a person-centred service to clients in their own flats within a new 13-flat scheme. We enable clients to live as independently as possible. The role of a Support Worker (Waking Nights) may involve personal care, night-time observations, medication management, and support for clients with Autism, Asperger's, Acquired Brain Injury, and Learning Difficulties. All person-specific training will be provided before starting, along with paid shadow shifts.
We are looking for Support Workers interested in learning or expanding their knowledge within the care sector. Experience in the above is not required, but knowledge in these areas is advantageous. Driving is not necessary but desirable; the priority is having the right values and a desire to help others. The role is based in one building, with opportunities for waking night shifts and sleep-in shifts, which will be discussed at interview.
