Attend Retailer briefings and meeting's and ensure you analyse all travel retail tools and have a daily knowledge of customer traffic. Key Competencies/Technical Skills Experience in managing beauty consultants and teams. At least 2 years' experience within a sales and retail environment. Ability to lead by example and develop effective, strong performing teams. Results driven and commercially articulate, delivering strong reports which track KPIs, productivity, trading conditions, demographic of customers, anecdotal feedback, retail activations, customer recruitment and business building initiatives. Ability to be both proactive and reactive as required, with an agile mindset. Proven negotiation and influencing skills to gain support from partner retailers and team in delivering business plans and objectives. Makeup and fragrance training preferred. Strong communication skills - in person, digitally and remotely. Ability to define targets and goals with your team, articulate them and regularly review performance. Strong organizational skills and ability to flex to the changing business and market needs, with a positive and progressive approach. Competent IT skills (Outlook and MS Office) You will need to provide a full 5-year background check including proof of identity to obtain an Airport ID pass allowing you to work in the international departure's lounges in the airside areas.
