Tomanageandbuildrelationshipswithinmulti-disciplinaryteams to support the ongoing implementation of action plan
To develop and implement performance measurement frameworks for Sustainability and SocialValueandgovernanceacrossthe Trust toevaluatetheimpactof the strategy.
Liaisewithandmanageexternalstakeholdersonsustainabilityandsocialvalueinitiatives maintaining effective partnership working.

Main duties of the job
1. Develop and support the Trust’s sustainability and social value strategy.
2. Act as the main expert and point of contact for sustainability matters.
3. Monitor and report on sustainability performance across departments.
4. Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to drive best practice and compliance.
5. Analyse data and evaluate the impact of sustainability initiatives.
6. Lead and coordinate projects and activities related to sustainability and social value.
7. Communicate progress through reports, briefings, and presentations.
8. Promote training, education, and awareness on sustainability topics.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, legislation, and information governance.
10. Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion in all activities

21. Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant discipline
22. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
