Job responsibilities NOECPCs technical platform is built on the Microsoft cloud platform, and we are looking for an engaged, technically-skilled first-line support officer to join a team of four in both maintaining the organizations systems, and developing them to face new challenges. Main responsibilities can be divided into three key areas: Supporting end users providing first-line contact for staff and suppliers experiencing issues around IT, systems or technical matters communicating clearly and in an accessible way with staff who have a broad range of technical skill, and determining what is appropriate to escalate. Managing and updating the MIO portal and keeping track of supplier submissions. In support of the Category Management Service Provider Data Analysts, providing systems and reporting administration support, covering off Microsoft 365 tenant management, Azure and Azure Data Factory management, and administration of Power Platform/Dynamics 365; Supporting the team on data management for key business systems and supporting the broader Technical Services department with administration and project support. A high level of engagement with Microsoft products, especially Microsoft 365 Tenant Management, Microsoft Intune/Endpoint, Azure/ADF and Dynamics 365/Power Platform, is highly desirable. The CMSP Technical Services team consists of two data analysts, line managed by the Technical Services Manager.
