Digital Account Executive
Whytematter are currently supporting their client, who is a well established agency in Belfast for a Digital Account Executive to join their well established, talented team. This role will be hybrid based in their Belfast office.
Role Priorities:
4. Provide support to Client Services team and Digital Account Manager
5. Communicate and deliver on client objectives in a clear timely manner
6. Customer focused role, attentive, polite, advisory and willing to help
7. Client & Business Administration
8. Responsibilities:
9. Provide support to Head of Client Services & Account Directors when required
10. Communicate client objectives clearly between client and agency
11. Manage and execute Social Media/Digital plans from brief to completion ensuring
deadlines are met and financial objectives are achieved
12. Liaise with studio to manage workflow through production
13. Manage third party supplier and media bookings when required
14. Deliver client management reports to Account Director monthly including:
o Client status/performance/proposals
o Billing Plans & Financial forecasts
15. Briefing studio, Proofing copy, Copy writing and content management
16. Prize/Competitions management & Events co-ordination
17. To develop an engaging and innovative social media calendar of posts and optimise
content for each specific social media channel
18. To continually analyse digital marketing activity including posts, content, advertising costs and results
19. Synergist adherence, Briefs, requisitions, and daily timesheets
20. Resolve queries between Finance and Client Services
21. Respectful to all staff, clients and suppliers
22. Any other duties in keeping with the role
