Here at Red Bull Racing and Red Bull Technology we have an exciting opportunity for undergraduate students to spend a year as part of our Brand Team within Marketing.
The placement will run from July 2026 for one year at our Technology Campus in Milton Keynes, giving you the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a dynamic, high-performance and fast-paced environment.
This placement will see you fully immersed in all things Brand Marketing supporting global campaigns, partner integration, event activations and influencer initiatives within one of the most exciting teams in Formula One.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the development and execution of brand campaigns across the Formula One season.
* Assist in planning and delivering event activations and race-related marketing initiatives.
* Support partner integration within campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and creative excellence.
* Contribute to influencer and seeding programmes, helping drive reach and engagement.
* Build high-quality presentations and decks for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and communications teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
* Take ownership of defined projects and workstreams, delivering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Creative Thinking & Problem Solving: Able to contribute ideas, challenge briefs constructively, and think beyond the obvious while aligning to brand objectives.
* Executional Excellence & Attention to Detail: Organised, structured and able to deliver high-quality output under pressure.

* Communication & Presentation Skills: Confident building decks and communicating ideas clearly and concisely.
