£32,000 basic salary + £10,000 OTE

Responsibilities
As an Business Development Representative you'll be at the forefront of growth, working closely with sales and leadership teams to connect with high-potential prospects and drive opportunities forward.
Identify new opportunities, helping to spot where the business can add value and supporting conversations with potential clients.
Actively prospect using a combination of outreach techniques (calls, email, social, LinkedIn).
Qualify leads for the sales team.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team executing targeted campaigns and provide feedback on messaging and conversion success.
