Royal Tunbridge Wells, Hartfield, and Crowborough areas, East Sussex
Hours
7:30-9am and/or 3pm-6pm Monday to Friday during school term-time (Hours can be flexible based on individual availability, although ideally you will be available for ALL hours)
Salary
£11-£14.21 per hour (depending on role, age, experience and qualifications)

We are recruiting for a leading provider of out of school hours and wraparound childcare for primary school children in East Sussex. This company continues to grow in size every year and are looking for someone who has either permanent, regular, or even ad-hoc availability to join their team of wraparound childcare workers.
Role Description

Key Responsibilities & Qualities
* Passion for Working with Children: providing inclusive, fun, and engaging provision for the children in your care, while inspiring them to explore their interests.
* Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills: assisting with the planning and delivery of activities with structure and enthusiasm. This includes a wide range of activities, including multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
* Responsibility and Reliability: the safety and enjoyment of the children in your care will be your responsibility and all team members are required to follow specific policies and procedures, including completing registers, accident and incident forms and health & safety checks as needed, ensuring consistent reliability.
* Communication and Engagement: all Childcare Play Workers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and communicate effectively with all team members, parents, children and schools on a daily basis. You will be a representative of the organisation's brand so it's key to always be a pleasure to be around!
