This role is responsible for maintaining and implementing IT systems, analysing data to support business decisions, and optimizing workflows through technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI, data analysis, and process automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Maintenance & SupportMonitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal performance.Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.System ImplementationPlan, configure, and deploy new IT systems and applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and minimal disruption.Data Analysis & ReportingCollect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.Process OptimizationIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.Implement technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency across departments.Security & ComplianceEnsure systems adhere to security protocols and compliance standards.Regularly update and patch systems to mitigate risks.QualificationsQualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in IT systems administration and implementation.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI.Knowledge of process automation and workflow optimization.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Applicants must have the right to work in the UK & ROI.
