What you’ll be doing
* Booking meetings with senior decision-makers at enterprise construction firms
* Prospecting across LinkedIn, email and phone
* Using tools like Hubspot, Sales Nav, Lusha, Gong and Zoom daily
* Collaborating closely with the founders and senior sales team
* Working towards promotion into an AE role within 12 months
What they’re looking for
* Someone who’s hungry, relentless, and not afraid to pick up the phone
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders
* Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results
* Previous B2B sales experience is a bonus but not essential
* Construction knowledge is also a bonus

Compensation
* £25k–40k base (depending on experience)
* Uncapped commission (OTE up to £50k - £60k+)
