Key Responsibilities:
* Manage property maintenance, landscaping, catering, housekeeping, and concierge services.
* Ensure health & safety compliance and operational excellence.
* Recruit and lead hospitality staff including chefs, housekeepers, and groundskeepers.
* Liaise with external agencies and vendors.
* Report on KPIs and maintain operational systems.
