Job Title: Painter and Decorator
Location: Saffron Walden, Essex
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interior and exterior painting and decorating of residential and commercial properties.
2. Preparation of surfaces (sanding, cleaning, priming, etc.).
3. Application of paint, wallpaper, and other decorative finishes.
4. Ensuring work is completed to the highest standard and in line with customer specifications.
5. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.
6. Managing time efficiently and adhering to project timelines.
7. Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
8. Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator (minimum 2 years).
9. Knowledge of various painting and decorating techniques, tools, and materials.
10. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
11. Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
12. CSCS Card required
