RESIDENTIAL FEE EARNER / LICENSED CONVEYANCER / SOLICITOR
CHELMSFORD, ESSEX
£50,000 – £65,000
QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Licensed Conveyancer to join our well‑respected Legal 500 client in Chelmsford, Essex.
We are looking for an experienced solicitor with strong case‑handling skills who will manage a full and varied caseload. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of residential conveyancing experience and the ability to handle a range of property transactions.
Residential transaction types:
* Sales
* Purchase
* Leaseholds
* Freeholds
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
While experience with all of the above is desirable, applicants who lack experience in some transaction types may still apply. However, applicants without case‑handling experience in residential conveyancing will not be considered.
