Project Finance - Senior Associate (6+PQE)

As a Senior Associate, you will work at the forefront of energy and infrastructure financing in the UK, engaging in high-value, complex projects. You will support clients through the full lifecycle of financing and refinancing large-scale energy and infrastructure projects internationally, collaborating with colleagues across Projects, Corporate, and Banking teams. Your role will involve advising on M&A activities related to these cross-border projects and maintaining substantial client contact, supporting renewable energy developers, infrastructure funds, international banks, private equity, and energy companies.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sector-leading expertise, working alongside leading project finance lawyers and with a clear path towards partnership in a prestigious international firm.

* An ambitious solicitor (6+ PQE) with a strong financing background, ideally including experience in energy and infrastructure sectors.
