Location: Northampton HQ (with UK travel for exhibitions / events)
This is a position where you’ll lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, driving growth, engagement and brand positioning across a national organisation.

The role in a nutshell:
* Own and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, social media, events and web
* Translate business objectives into structured marketing plans with clear KPIs and measurable ROI
* Lead go-to-market activity for products, services, events and membership growth initiatives
* Take full ownership of campaign performance – tracking engagement, conversion and optimisation
* Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across messaging, tone of voice and positioning
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns
* Support national events and major campaigns, including project management and execution
* Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective, commercially focused delivery
* Use data, insights and feedback to continuously refine marketing strategy and performance
What you’ll bring
* Commercial mindset with the ability to measure performance and demonstrate ROI
* Confidence working with data, reporting and campaign optimisation
* Strong copywriting and content development skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionally
* Background in membership organisations, professional services, education or regulated sectors is beneficial
