The Maintenance Helpdesk Operator will support the smooth operation of the maintenance helpdesk by coordinating and managing incoming service requests. Description Handle incoming maintenance service requests via phone, email, or internal systems. Log and track all requests to ensure prompt resolution and proper documentation. Coordinate with maintenance teams to assign and prioritise tasks effectively. Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their requests. Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and generate reports as needed. Support the team in identifying recurring issues and proposing potential solutions. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and service standards. Assist in general administrative tasks related to the helpdesk function.Profile A successful Maintenance Helpdesk Operator should have: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proven experience in a maintenance or repairs position previously. Proficiency in using computer systems and helpdesk software. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
