Key Responsibilities
* Promote optical and hearing services within the store to drive appointments
* Maintain accurate customer records and manage stock levels
* Provide outstanding customer service and handle enquiries professionally
* Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs and lifestyle
* Perform basic adjustments and repairs
* Schedule and confirm patient appointments
* Support the fitting and dispensing of contact lenses
* Conduct preliminary pre-tests and measurements
* Work towards achieving store sales targets
* Support marketing initiatives and special events
