Were looking for an experienced and self-motivated Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident professional with broad health and safety knowledge and experience, particularly within the social housing and care and support sectors.
In this role, you will provide support and guidance to our MTVH Support Directorate, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and adhere to our corporate health and safety standards. Youll also bring the flexibility to support other areas of the organisation when needed.
The successful candidate will contribute to shaping a consistent and proactive approach to health and safety across MTVH.
What Youll Do
1. Provide hands-on, professional occupational health and safety advice and support at all organisational levels
2. Build collaborative relationships within the Health and Safety Team, your directorate, and across MTVH
3. Coordinate and conduct audits and inspections, ensuring actions are communicated, tracked, completed, and escalated where necessary
