About you Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant (essential) Confidence supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour Flexible and reliable, able to work a rolling rota including weekends A caring, patient nature with a good sense of humour A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to service location and community access needs) Location: Stoke-on-Trent (ST11) Interviews are being arranged now.
