A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary / Administrator to join its busy Private Client team based in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and organised individual with previous legal secretarial experience and a genuine interest in Private Client work. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of secretarial and administrative duties, including managing correspondence and legal documents, opening and closing files, maintaining records and databases, assisting with financial administration and diary management, and acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries. The role will also involve liaising with clients, arranging meetings, supporting business development activities, and assisting with marketing and client events.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Legal Secretary position, preferably within a Private Client team. You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional, flexible approach to your work. A clear understanding of confidentiality and a commitment to providing exceptional client service are essential.
This is primarily a secretarial and administrative role and is not suitable for paralegals, recent law graduates, or candidates seeking a route to qualification as a solicitor.
