Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in field sales, gained either agency-side or brand-side? As BAT Account Manager, you will manage the planning, set up, briefing, execution and reporting for the BAT team. Client facing you will be the primary contact for operational activities for both McCurrach, BAT and 3rd party service providers. Reporting into our BAT Account Controller, as Account Manager you will operate at a senior level, and play a pivotal role in shaping client success and team performance. We are keen to consider applicants who have operated in a similar role either within a field sales marketing agency setting or have operated client side (brand) with exposure to and strong understanding of field sales. FMCG field sales agency experience is highly desirable. We’re looking for someone who can: Manage multiple stakeholder relationships at a senior level, acting as the trusted partner. Has strong communication abilities - you are the conduit between the client and the field! Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and is highly organised Proven reporting, data and insights expertise within a previous role Detail orientated with ability to remain level headed and work well under pressure Ability to both create and confidently deliver strong presentation decks for a variety of stakeholders at different levels Why Join Us?
