What you'll do
Pick & pack equipment and spare part orders
Book in service repairs and log on ERP system
Pack and dispatch repaired equipment
Receive, unpack and check courier deliveries
Greet customers and complete handovers
Arrange courier collections
Keep service garage & reception tidy and organised
Carry out stock checks and report discrepancies
Support stores, service & production teams when needed
About you
Experience in goods-in/despatch
Customer service experience
GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
Comfortable using IT systems
Organised with good attention to detail
Able to prioritise and work independently
Positive, proactive attitude
Driving licence required
FLT Counterbalance licence (advantageous)
Strong communication skills
