Fram are working with a reputable asset finance brokerage based in Northamptonshire, helping businesses across the UK access the funding they need to grow. We’re now looking for a Junior Commercial Finance Broker to join their exceptional sales team — someone with a true hunter mentality and the energy to make things happen. Your Responsibilities : Win new business through a mix of inbound enquiries and outbound prospecting — identifying, engaging, and converting new clients. Deliver a seamless sales journey — from the first conversation to the final deal, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience. Write and prepare proposal documentation and credit applications, working with clients to gather appropriate paperwork. Build relationships with clients to understand their funding needs, presenting tailored asset finance solutions that truly add value. Collaborate with lenders to prepare proposals, gather financial documentation, and secure the best outcomes for clients. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track activity in the CRM to ensure consistent and measurable success. Cross-sell and up-sell additional finance products to maximise client value. What our client is Looking for in a candidate : A number of years’ proven sales experience, ideally B2B — However they are equally open to top performers from car sales, estate agency, or other consultative sales environments. A customer-first mindset — able to listen, influence, and overcome objections with confidence and integrity. Highly organised and motivated, with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities at once. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and engaging telephone manner. Tech savvy — confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Ideally educated to A-Level or higher What they can offer you : Comprehensive in-house training on asset finance products, lenders, and the full sales process.
