Imperial College London is seeking an Education Project Coordinator to drive forward exciting initiatives under our Learning and Teaching Strategy and Class of 2030 vision. This is your opportunity to work with a wide range of learning and teaching innovation-funded projects, cutting-edge AI, and sustainability projects while collaborating with brilliant minds across our university community.
What you would be doing
* Coordinate funding calls centered on improving the university experience for our students
* Managing project documentation, budgets, and reporting
* Supporting specialised groups of staff such as AI Futurists
* Coordinating time-limited projects for example in the areas of AI and Sustainability
* Engaging with stakeholders across faculties and departments, including the Imperial College Union and student body
* Maintaining project webpages and communicating progress to various audiences
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing efficiency solutions using tools such as Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 applications
* Organising events and meetings to support project objectives
* Contributing to the University's vision and priorities as part of the Education Office team
What we are looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to support our projects and our stakeholders across the institution.
You will need to have:
* Experience in higher education with knowledge of student experience and budgetary administration
* Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and implementing solutions.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with ability to work independently on multiple priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels while maintaining collaborative team approach

The central Education Office team supports Imperial's strategies for the education and student experience by providing specialised project management support and insight.
The team work closely with the Academic Services Directorate, Imperial College Union (ICU) and the university's Faculties and Departments to support the student experience and ensure the provision of world-class learning and teaching.
