Start Dates : Various 2024
1. Salary : £11.44 per hour
2. Location : Office Based in Glasgow
3. Shifts : Varying shifts (Part Time not available)
4. Training : 1-4 weeks
5. Contract : Permanent

Skills needed to be a Customer Service Representative
26. A professional, polite and courteous telephone manner
27. Ability to deliver excellent service with outgoing nature
28. Excellent verbal communication skills
29. A good listener who can convey empathy, patience and understanding
30. Confident and proactive to deal with difficult situations and conversations
31. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
32. Be driven to work towards achievable targets
Financial Sector - Key Responsibilities
33. Provide exceptional and efficient customer service across our telephone, email, webchat and social media channels
34. Use your problem-solving skills to support our customers, resolve their query and create a positive experience
35. Ensure that all customers are supported in accordance with regulatory requirements which aim to protect our customers
36. Have excellent attention to detail
37. Be knowledgeable of our client’s process and products and how best to support the customer
