Hays Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Bilston area to recruit a dedicated HLTA for a full-time role. Staff are supportive, and leadership is committed to professional development and wellbeing. This is a full-time position supporting pupils from EYFS through to Key Stage 2. You will play a key role in delivering targeted interventions, supporting learning across the curriculum, and providing PPA cover for class teachers. The school is seeking someone with a strong understanding of the EYFS and Primary National Curriculum, who can confidently lead learning and contribute to pupil progress. What you'll need to succeed HLTA qualification (Level 4 or equivalent) Proven experience supporting across EYFS to KS2 Strong curriculum knowledge and ability to lead interventions Confidence in delivering lessons and managing classroom environments A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teaching and learning What you'll get in return Paid up to £120 per day (depending on experience) Free CV and interview advice.
