About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Executive in the On Trade to deliver our beer and draught product quality agenda across a specified territory. The role involves installing and maintaining dispense equipment, ensuring that Great Looking Great Tasting (GLGT) beer is served in every account, and acting as the GUINNESS ambassador within the region.
Key Accountabilities
* Install & maintain dispense equipment at points of purchase following a specific call structure.
* Deliver Great Looking Great Tasting (GLGT) beer in every account.
* Upskill the team in beer quality.
* Drive visibility and availability in bars through increased physical and social media activation.
* Work as part of a team to deliver regional/national events and bespoke activities, stepping into gaps in coverage when required.
* Deliver our highly regarded and trusted quality accreditation program.
Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities
* Knowledge of the On Trade gained through working in the sector.
* Established beer quality/technical dispense experience (essential).
* Passion for the Diageo beer portfolio.
* Confidence in delivering outlet staff training to step‑change brand standards.
* Well‑organized and able to prioritise a varied portfolio of work.
* Team player and key member of the city team contributing to performance results for the total city.

Job Requirements
To apply you must have the right to work in the UK, be over 21 years of age, hold a full, clean driving licence and prove at least one year of driving experience.
