Tradewind Recruitment is working with a range of supportive and well‑resourced schools to recruit skilled Speech and Language Therapists to support pupils with a variety of communication needs, including speech delays, language disorders, and social communication difficulties.

The Role
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
* Assess, plan, and deliver targeted speech and language interventions
* Support students with communication needs, including those with ASD and complex needs
* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and support staff
* Contribute to and implement EHCP targets and therapy plans
* Provide guidance and strategies to school staff and families
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered or working towards)
* Experience working with children or young people with speech, language, and communication needs
* Strong understanding of communication strategies and interventions
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* School-based experience is desirable but not essential
