Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Event Executive role based in Hurn, with the option for remote work. The Event Executive will be responsible for organising and managing events to support the charity's mission, including coordinating all logistical elements, managing budgets, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring events are executed to the highest standard. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to create engaging experiences, marketing events through various channels, and analysing results to improve future initiatives. Supporting donor relations, fundraising campaigns, and community engagement will also form a key part of this role.
Qualifications
* Event planning skills, including organisation, scheduling, and supplier coordination
* Communication and networking skills for engaging with stakeholders, sponsors, and the community
* Budget management and reporting skills to ensure events are financially sustainable and align with organisational goals
* Proficiency in problem-solving and adaptability to manage challenges during event planning and execution
* Experience working for a charity or managing community-centered events is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
* Full UK Driving License and vehicle with business insurance required.
