We're looking for a Senior Nurse to join our team in Cardiff and the Vale Community.
This role involves managing a team of Healthcare Assistants, supporting the Clinical Nurse Manager in delivering high-quality palliative care. The Senior Nurse oversees clinical services, coordinates care, and leads staff development to ensure patient-focused care aligned with Marie Curie's values
Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 6 (aligned with AFC) £39,263 - £47,820 pro rata per annum + enhancements
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time – 30 hours per week
Based: Community Based – Cardiff and the Vale

What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in palliative care across hospice, hospital, or community settings
* Strong leadership and team management skills, including recruitment, rostering, and performance reviews
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and proactive approach
* Registered Nurse with a relevant nursing degree and mentorship/teaching qualification
* Ability to manage clinical audits, quality improvement, and service development initiatives
* A valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the service area
