The Senior CRM & Loyalty Executive is responsible for supporting customer engagement and retention strategies through effective CRM management, content creation, and loyalty programme execution. This role plays a key part in the delivery of personalised communication, content-driven engagement, and performance tracking to drive customer lifetime value. Collaborating closely with internal teams and retail stores, the Online Executive ensures seamless campaign execution and contributes to the broader business growth objectives.
CRM Management
* Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
* Create and implement targeted email campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
* Analyse CRM data to identify trends, customer behaviours, and opportunities for personalized communication.
* Develop segmentation strategies to deliver tailored messaging to different customer groups.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Support A/B testing and optimisation initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Content Creation & Management
* Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email.
* Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and supports marketing objectives.
* Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
* Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
* Analyse content performance and suggest improvements to boost engagement.
Loyalty Management & Growth
* Assist in the planning and execution of online strategies to increase customer lifetime value and repeat engagement.
* Monitor member engagement and identify trends or opportunities to improve digital loyalty touchpoints.
* Track and report on key loyalty KPIs including campaign performance, online conversions, and user engagement.
Digital Marketing Support
* Assist in the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across, social media, search, and affiliate platforms to support commercial goals.
* Support the management of external agencies responsible for paid social, paid search, and affiliate marketing
* Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across digital and paid media channels.
* Monitor campaign performance metrics including traffic, conversions, and ROAS, providing insights to internal teams and agency partners for ongoing improvement.
* Contribute to digital content calendar planning to maintain alignment across all marketing touchpoints.
