We are a market-leading, high-paced manufacturing company in Dubai, recognised for innovation, efficiency, and large-scale delivery. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Planner to take ownership of project schedules and drive success across complex, multi-phase manufacturing projects.

Your Role
As a Senior Project Planner, you’ll be the backbone of project execution, ensuring every phase—engineering, procurement, and production—runs to plan. Using Primavera P6, you’ll lead the creation and maintenance of integrated schedules, manage progress, and deliver insights that keep large-scale projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage detailed, integrated project schedules with Primavera P6
*
Align inputs across engineering, procurement, and production into a single master schedule
*
Track progress, analyse variances, and implement recovery strategies
*
Perform critical path, earned value, and schedule risk analyses
*
Deliver dashboards, reports, and forward-looking schedules for leadership
*
Lead planning meetings and provide decision-making support to key stakeholders
*
Implement and uphold planning standards, best practices, and continuous improvements
What You’ll Bring
*
10+ years’ experience in project planning within high-paced manufacturing/industrial environments
*
Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 (essential)
*
Strong knowledge of project lifecycles, resource loading, and production workflows
*
Ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously
*
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
*
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
*
Experience in fast-track or modular manufacturing environments
*
ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
*
PMP or equivalent certification
