The Role
* Manage a portfolio of landed estate, agricultural, and high-net-worth private clients, covering personal tax compliance and advisory work.
* Advise on agricultural property relief, business property relief, heritage property, and inter-generational wealth transfer.
* Handle trust compliance and advise on trust structures relevant to the landed estate sector.
* Work closely with Directors and Partners on complex succession planning and estate planning mandates.
* Develop strong relationships with client families, solicitors, and land agents.
About You
* Qualified, with a tax-specific qualification. A private client background with demonstrable experience in landed estate, agricultural, or rural professional work.
* Strong technical knowledge of APR, BPR, CGT in an estate context, and the relevant trust matters.
* A thoughtful, relationship-driven professional with the patience and discretion that landed estate clients require.
* Comfortable working with client families over the long term and across generations.
