Responsibilities
* Programme Planning and Coordination
o Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans outlining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
o Coordinate and prioritize activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
* Stakeholder Management
o Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
o Facilitate regular meetings and communications to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the programme lifecycle.
* Resource Management
o Identify and allocate necessary resources (personnel, budget, equipment) to ensure successful project execution.
o Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
* Risk and Issue Management
o Identify potential risks and issues that could impact programme success and develop mitigation strategies.
o Monitor and report on programme risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
* Quality Assurance
o Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that programme deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
o Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of programme outcomes.
* Budget Management
o Develop and manage programme budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial plans and constraints.
o Monitor financial performance and report on variances, making recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
* Performance Tracking and Reporting
o Establish and maintain performance metrics to track progress and measure programme success.
o Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
* Team Leadership and Development
o Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
o Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development and growth.

Qualifications
Essential:
* Training/experience in a technical field
* Experience of managing a multi-functional team in a challenging and dynamic environment
Desirable:
* Familiarity with quality procedures and documentation including process paperwork, parts routing procedures, Engineering Repair Instructions, Detailed Work Instructions and Non-Conformance Report system
* Project management experience
Organisational Relationships
* Reports directly to Engines Programme Director
Education and Training
Essential
* Degree/equivalent qualification or extensive experience in industry
* Previous management experience in a similar role
* Experience of working to a LEAN methodology
Desirable
* Budget and operations experience would be definite assets
Experience
* Have an engineering background and possess relevant certification
* Have experience in the same or similar industry
* Experience of managing a multi-functional team in a challenging and dynamic environment
