We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join a successful and welcoming primary school in Horley, Surrey. This permanent position is available full-time or part-time (2 days per week) and can start ASAP or after October half-term. Experienced teachers with QTS and a strong understanding of Key Stage 1 are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
* Teach a delightful Year 2 class, delivering engaging, structured, and play-based learning experiences in reading, writing, maths, and wider curriculum areas
* Support the social, emotional, and academic growth of every child in your care
* Work collaboratively with a supportive teaching team to plan and deliver high-quality lessons
* Maintain effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and support the school’s vision and ethos

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and child development
* Experience teaching in a KS1 setting is desirable
* Strong planning, assessment, and classroom management skills
* Up-to-date enhanced DBS check and relevant references
