We are looking for Warehouse Operatives for our client in Barnsley working in a refrigerated environment. You will be picking food items for a leading retailer ensuring you hit daily target amounts.
Ideal skills and experience:
Some warehouse experience is preferred but not necessary. You will be given training but must have an eye for detail when checking goods and picking.
Key responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will involve day to day responsibilities on a warehouse shop floor, including:
* Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly.
* Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Picking with voice and scanners.
* Working in 0-3 degree temperatures.
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
* Adhere to daily pick targets
* Using a pump truck
Hours of work:
* Working on a rota basis over 7 days, some weekends will be required.
Pay:
* From £12.61 to £16.04ph
