If your answer is “yes” to these three questions, please kindly read on…… The opportunity Our Client, a World recognised and respected Automotive OEM Manufacturer based in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, are actively seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist on a contract basis. This position is available on a part-time basis and would see you working each Saturday from 8-00am – 6-00pm. (10 hours per week). On offer to the successful candidate is a competitive hourly rate. Your duties and responsibilities will be * Answering the phone. * Transferring calls. * Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately. * Notifying the relevant departments about visitors. * Referring enquiries to the correct place. You will have the following qualifications & experience * Should ideally be educated to a minimum GCSE level, although plenty of relevant experience will be considered. * Should be an experienced and professional Receptionist who is well presented, welcoming and has a good telephone manner. * You should be well-organised, communicative and skilled in creating the right first impression for customers and visitors arriving on-site. * This position is available with immediate effect.
