Senior Pricing Analyst

Rodericks Dental Partners is growing, and we have introduced a new role within our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to design and deliver our commercial pricing strategy across our growing portfolio of 220+ dental practices.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Partner with the category management team to set and maintain prices for all private dental treatments across the practice portfolio.
* Conduct regular market and competitor benchmarking to ensure pricing reflects local demand, patient expectations, and competitive positioning.
* Analyse treatment volumes, revenue trends, and margin data to identify opportunities for pricing optimisation and growth.
* Build and maintain pricing models and scenario tools that support decision‑making across treatment categories.
* Support the rollout of price changes across practices, ensuring accuracy in systems and clear communication to relevant stakeholders.
* Monitor pricing consistency across the network, flagging anomalies and working with practice managers to resolve discrepancies.
* Produce regular pricing performance reports and present findings and recommendations to the category management and commercial leadership teams.
* Ensure pricing practices remain compliant with relevant regulations and support patient transparency requirements.
* Work closely with our Data Analysts to ensure consistent and collaborative results.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Pricing Analyst or similar role.
* Proven experience in developing and delivering pricing strategies.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience in price modelling using market insights and data.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analysis clearly to senior stakeholders.
