Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, either 1:1 or in small groups
Assist the class teacher with classroom management and lesson delivery
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Help create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Adapt support to meet the individual needs of pupils, including those with SEN

Previous experience working with children (school-based or otherwise)
A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
