The Role * Full design management responsibility from pre-construction through to handover * Leading and coordinating external consultants, architects and specialist subcontract designers * Managing design programmes, RFIs, technical queries and design risk * Driving buildability, value engineering and compliance with employer’s requirements * Working closely with Project, Commercial and Construction teams to ensure design intent is delivered on site * Involvement in bid support, technical submissions and early design development Benefits The role provides you with the opportunity to earn a basic salary of up to £100,000.
