What you will be doing
As an SAP Delivery Lead professional at Accenture, you will play a crucial role by using your in-depth SAP expertise, you will coach and manage your team on designing and delivering solutions that fit our clients’ requirements as well as plan and budget. You will be part of an international, multi-disciplinary team, collaborating closely with Accenture and client colleagues in onshore and offshore locations across the globe. Your ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders will help you to deliver and create future value.
Responsibilities
* Minimum of 7 years SAP experience, in several disciplines/functional areas
* Strong project management skills, ability to manage project scope, timelines and resources effectively
* Proven capabilities in leading a distributed delivery team, working with colleagues in offshore delivery centers for solution delivery
* Experience of driving delivery in a multi-vendor or hybrid environment in a mixed team (client, 3rd parties, contractors)
* Experience with different project management methods (Waterfall, Agile) in multiple phases of the delivery lifecycle
* Stakeholder Management, including managing Customer Satisfaction expectations
* Results driven and customer focused with strong communication and collaboration skills; a positive and pro-active can-do attitude is essential
* Experience in managing and mentoring junior consultants, supporting their skill development and career growth
* Experience in handling international projects or working in a multi-cultural environment
* Must have the highest level of leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions and ideas; excellent presentation skills
* Have at least a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Job Qualifications
* S4/HANA experience is highly desirable
* Experience in a consulting environment
* Focusing on the special stream within S/4 implementation - Data migration, Cutover, Test management, mobilization, driving coordination with solution architects for scope management
