SEN Deputy Headteacher - Croydon (Leadership Pay Scale)
Teaching personnel's PWR team are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Deputy Headteacher to join a specialist school in Croydon. This school provides a nurturing and supportive environment for students with special educational needs, fostering their independence and personal development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the school's SEN provision, ensuring the highest standards of support and inclusion. The school has a strong record of positive outcomes for their students.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing and managing the school's SEN provision, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
* Developing and implementing effective SEN policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated.
* Leading and managing the SEN team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
* Working collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of SEN provision, using data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
* Contributing to the strategic development of the school, ensuring the needs of SEN students are fully considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
