Microsoft Fabric & Systems Administrator
Location: Worcester (Hybrid / Remote options)
Salary: Circa £50,000
Hewett Recruitment is partnering with Livity Life to recruit a Microsoft Fabric & Systems Administrator as part of a wider technology transformation programme.
This is a hybrid role combining data platform administration with core systems and infrastructure responsibility, supporting a growing organisation operating in the healthcare and wellbeing space.
You'll play a key role in maintaining secure, compliant, and scalable environments, while contributing to projects that directly support proactive care solutions designed to improve quality of life.
What you’ll be doing
* Administering Microsoft Fabric, including workspaces, capacity, governance and access
* Supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems
* Managing security, compliance, backup and disaster recovery processes
* Supporting non-Microsoft platforms such as RingCentral, Employment Hero and Monday.com
* Using PowerShell and automation to improve reliability and efficiency

* Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and data governance
* Solid Windows Server and Active Directory administration skills
* PowerShell scripting and automation experience
