A leading IT recruitment company are recruiting for both trainee and experienced recruitment consultants to start within the next month.
The company are looking to bring on a recruitment consultant full time. Youll learn the full recruitment cycle, generate your own candidate and win your own clients. Youll also be around some of the best IT consultants in the sector who have built a massive pipeline. They pay good salaries and offer incentives such as commission for placements and bookings. Plus, they give you the opportunity to learn the sector and develop into an established consultant.
What is the company looking for?
They want driven people who are either keen to learn or want to kick on in their career. You dont need to have sales or recruitment experience if you are a trainee but that would be preferrable, as would a degree (again not essential). For experienced recruitment consultants, knowledge of the IT market in the US would be preferable but not essential. A track record in billing white collar or perm would also be preferable. They will consider recruiters from other sectors as well due to the training and structure of the office.

The company are rapidly growing and have the market share of business in certain geographical areas. They have excellent resources, invest in their staff and offer commission of up to 35%. Salaries are competitive and pay rises/ financial incentives are in place and achievable within your first 6-12 months.
