Overview
Wellbeing: Keep a close eye on residents' health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, and helping with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals. Work with housekeepers to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces, and respond quickly to emergencies or call bells. Assist residents who need extra help with eating and drinking, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
Responsibilities
* Monitor residents' health and communicate concerns to nursing staff and the Clinical Deputy Manager.
* Assist with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals as needed.
* Collaborate with housekeepers to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces; respond promptly to emergencies or call bells.
* Help residents with daily routines and ensure their nutritional needs are met.
About You / Qualifications
* SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
* At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar setting.
