Job Description
3. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and supplier statements.
5. Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation for audits.
6. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Support month-end and year-end close processes.
8. Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable.
9. Respond to internal and external financial queries professionally.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
