Academics are working with a primary school in Slough seeking a calm, patient, and committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Helping children develop self-regulation and resilience
* Working collaboratively with teachers, the SENCo, and pastoral teams
* Implementing behaviour strategies and contributing to intervention plans
