About the role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Commercial Property Lawyer with experience in handling their own caseload of commercial property matters. The successful candidate will work with a skilled team of commercial property lawyers and support a broad range of clients in Cambridge.
Key responsibilities
* Handle own caseload of commercial property matters.
* Provide legal advice on transactions, leasing, and property disputes.
* Engage directly with clients and support the wider department.
Qualifications
* 2+ years PQE in commercial property law.
* Experience managing a full and varied caseload of real estate matters.
* Strong record in all aspects of commercial property law.
* Excellent client interaction skills.
* Adaptive approach to work and ability to support the department.
