They are now seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Project Analyst to join their Finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate project and financial management across the business by maintaining reliable data, coordinating corrections, and managing the setup and ongoing maintenance of project budgets. Working closely with Sales, Project Managers, and the wider Finance team, you will ensure seamless alignment between quotes, orders, invoices, and project data. You will also contribute to month-end reporting, audits, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Maintain and coordinate project data in identifying errors and distributing them for correction across relevant business functions. Review and process new project setups and budget movements. Support ongoing system and process improvements to enhance project and financial workflows.
